At En Amma Kadhai, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

 

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The book is unused and undamaged
  • All bonus items (Vintage Postcard, Amma Stickers, Starter Guide) are included
  • The original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The book has been written in or used
  • Bonus items are missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased during special sales or at discounted prices (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift orders where the recipient has already used the product

 

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we will share the return shipping address
  4. Ship the item back at your own cost — return shipping charges are borne by the customer

 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Wrong Item Delivered

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted
